Ali Maffucci of the well known brand Inspiralized came to me looking for some clarity. She had such a huge business (multiple blogs, multiple products, cookbooks, brand partnerships, content creation for many different audiences, etc.) and needed a way to streamline and organize everything in a unified and visually appealing way.
I first set out in suggesting we drive traffic to one place vs two or three. Her blog and content being the most popular so we started there. We wanted to expand the focus not only on the recipes but the Inspiralized lifestyle as well. It’s more than just using the tool to Inspiralized vegetables it’s about using whole foods, seasonal resources and maintaining a life you love surrounded by family and healthy living. Our goal was to accomplish that. By color coordinating the three main brand pillars and integrating her lifestyle blog into it’s own category on her main site … we all of a sudden had three very clear cut categories to which her audience can digest. Her readers can dive into each category, find her favorite posts, read the latest and even join various private Facebook communities and carry on Inspiralized inspired conversations with others like-minded people.
From there we separated the blog and content portion of the site from the shopping and resources portion of the site. We used a simple toggle button to go back and forth between the two sites depending on your mission. Are you there to buy the product? Do you have the product and need to learn more? Or are you there to grab a new recipe or two? Or perhaps you want to start weaning your baby to more solid foods? Heck you might even just want to know where Ali got her cute new diaper bag. It’s all here on the new Inspiralized.com
