Simply Quinoa

Alyssa Rimmer of, Simply Quinoa, wanted a whole new look. Evolving over the years to more than just “quinoa” we wanted SQ to be more of a content destination for her three amazingly clarified pillars. EAT, LIVE, NOURISH … and of course we wanted it be be simple. We dove head first into creating a super minimal and clean aesthetic but one that evoked well being and healthy living as well. We didn’t want it to feel cold and sterile we wanted it to be effortless since everyone is so busy these days. We focused her content into three unique categories that are easily accessible to her readers so they can discover the exact content they need when they need it. It’s so simple, we love it.

Sarah Kay Love

New site alert for the widely talented, Sarah Kay Love. Sarah is a dreamer and a doer! She has an amazing work ethic and needed a site that encompassed all of her many talents. With encouragement from me to streamline everything she did into ONE site we were able to create a custom place on the web for her that highlighted her services (ranging from art direction, to styling, to photography), her past portfolio (working for top industry leading magazines like The Knot and InStyle), and where she is headed (keeping up with her blog, clients and attending speaking events, etc.). In coordination with her move from New York City to LA she is now ready to take on another coast. We love how it all turned out.

Ambitious Home

After working multiple times with the lovely Monique Volz (from her co-founded business the Healthy Glow Collective, her wedding invitations, and her own food blog Ambitious Kitchen) we became very very good friends. She let me in on a little secret. She was starting a new business venture, a passion project with her husband, her dream company essentially: Ambitious Home. Selling vintage rugs and home decor items online (and eventually in the Chicago area). I was sold. When do we begin? Almost 8 months in the making we are so proud to welcome you to Monique and Tony’s Ambitious Home. Check out the full site design here.

Whitney E. RD

Whitney came to me needing a new site AND a new name. Formerly known as “To Live and Diet in LA” she recently completed her schooling to become a registered dietitian and was eager to re-brand. Wanting a new look that was crisp, fresh, clever, smart, bold, clear and inspirational we were super excited to get a chance to infuse some bold colors, personal touches and some whit (pun intended) to her new look.

Because she was using her name we decided to go with a handwritten type treatment for her logo to add a personal touch and playfulness to her very informative and informational loaded site. By using colors and icons we were able to keep things fun and approachable because Whitney’s philosophy is all about fact-based nutrition and that intuitive eating should be enjoyable.
