I specialize in developing, reviving, clarifying and growing brands.

I started my design studio to help those who want a little more artistic direction in their entrepreneurial ventures. I’ve been told that I have an uncanny ability to see things for how they can be and not so much how they are at the moment. I use this tool and my experience to help people be creative.

Working with me is like having your own professional design friend. I love getting to know my clients, giving them the best advice and doing what it takes to make their dreams a reality. Whether one-on-one with me or together on a small team, we will figure out what drives your business forward and come up with awesome design ideas unique to you.

+ MORE ABOUT KATELYN

After spending a year at Maryland Institute College of Art, I transferred to Flagler College where I graduated with a BA in Graphic Design with a minor in Business Administration and Fine Art. I travelled home to NY and spent four years working at a small advertising agency doing work for big clients such as TJX Companies, OXO, Hamilton Beach, Hearst Corporation, ACE Insurance, and Disney. As my interest in web design grew, I took a job at a leather manufacturing company closer to home that did private label for brands like Neiman Marcus, Mark & Graham, Anthropologie, Brooks Brothers, and Tiffany & Co. After two years of leading up the design and integration of all in-house creative for their web department and working as a key member of the e-commerce marketing team for both brands, I realized I grew too big for my britches.

In 2015, I started a one-woman design studio located on the eastern end of Long Island. When I’m not working, I can be found cooking, renovating our home, seeking out amazing restaurants, and planning as much travel time with my husband as I can. I’m also a mommy to an adorable fur baby, Bay, and an angel boy up in heaven, Dylan Ford.

I’d love to get creative with you. Click on the services below to learn more about how we can work together.

Let's Work Together →

It’s like having your very own professional design friend do really creative work for you.

Define

First we get to know each other! We’ll start with a quick chat about your idea or business and what you’d like to achieve. From there we can discuss the services you might need, timelines and budgets. If we are a good fit then it’s time to book.

Design

Every creative challenge is different but one thing I like to do is keep you involved throughout the process. From questionnaires, mood boards, phone calls, etc, you will learn a lot about design and walk away with new resources and knowledge.

Refine

The final stretch is the fun and most challenging part. Here is where you have the opportunity to request any revisions and add final touches that make the design extra special. Congrats launching a new product is exciting and rewarding!

+ CLICK TO LEARN HOW MY BOOKING PROCESS WORKS

Because I work with clients big and small, booking ahead of time is encouraged. I work with only one client at a time so availability for projects is limited and on a first come first serve basis. Generally I book projects in monthly increments and can take anywhere from four to six weeks to complete a project. For more information, and to be considered for scheduling, please fill out the contact form and I will respond within a week.

She can only wear this shirt once so it was the best I could get before it was covered in strawberries and blueberries and she passed out for her afternoon nap. Happy Birthday, my sweet girl. After my son passed away I started seeing bluebird After my son passed away I started seeing bluebirds often. Thinking back over the years, bluebirds have shown up in my life a lot. In 2017 we had our bridal party walk down the aisle to “somewhere over the rainbow, bluebirds fly …”. In 2014 when Devin’s father passed I started seeing a singular bluebird in our yard. In 2018 when Dylan passed away I started seeing a pair of bluebirds in our yard. They follow me everywhere so I felt it was fitting to dress up my little Bowie as a birdie. Happy Halloween ya’ll. PS My husband made this costume.
